Executive experience spans three decades across business, property and construction leadership, encompassing acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic advisory, capital alignment and development delivery
This includes direct collaboration with Stockland Group, Mulpha Norwest, Sydney Parklands Trust, Housing NSW on joint venture developments, together with executive leadership as Chief Executive Officer of Sydney Motorsport Park Precinct, providing strategic direction, commercial judgement and executive leadership.
Throughout his career, Garry has worked alongside developers, investors, financiers, consultants, government authorities and multidisciplinary project teams across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.
This breadth of experience provides Amos Corporation with practical insight into business acquisitions, capital alignment, commercial negotiations, development strategy and disciplined project delivery, providing business and project stakeholders with commercially grounded advice supported by practical experience, sound judgement and strategic thinking.
Professional experience is further supported by more than thirty years across business, property and construction, including licensed builder credentials and executive leadership spanning business acquisitions, strategic advisory, capital alignment, development and project delivery.

Executive leadership extends beyond property development into complex commercial negotiations, governance and stakeholder collaboration.
Over many years, Garry has successfully led complex commercial initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across both the private and public sectors.
This includes executive leadership roles associated with Civinex, the Sydney 4WD & Adventure Show and Q-Dance Festival, where successful delivery requires extensive stackholder collaboration with government authorities, emergency services, sponsors, exhibitors, contractors, suppliers and private enterprise in environments involving more than 25,000 attendees.
These experiences strengthened capabilities in executive leadership, commercial negotiations, stakeholder management, governance, operational planning, logistics and risk management under demanding commercial conditions.

His experience also includes specialist charitable fundraising and awareness campaigns supporting Spina Bifida research, together with fundraising initiatives and infrastructure upgrades benefiting Deaf and Blind communities.
